Emergency cylinder arrangement guarentees that you can open the door from the outside even if you forget the key inside the door. That's why we offer this arrangement.
If you want to prevent the door from being opened by the use of a key on outside, you have to buy a standard Resist without this special arrangement. If you then put the key in the door cylinder from inside, it is not possible to open it by a key from outside.
